Cancellation & No-Show Policy – The Diva Beauty Bar
At The Diva Beauty Bar, we understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients and provide the best service possible, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Please note the following policy:
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service fee.
You may arrive up to 10 minutes late for your appointment. However, after 10 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no-show and cancelled, and you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
